The first step is to get in touch, please e-mail me at:  stacey@sapcreations.co.uk with a detailed description of what you would ideally like for your design, along with any pictures or other visual inspirations that you may have.  We can then discuss your ideas and work together to create an overall design that is truly tailored to you.

PRICING:

As I offer a bespoke service each commission is individually priced on the level of work involved. It is up to you how much detail and personal touches you wish to add.

P&P will be added to the overall cost so please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if ordering from outside the UK.

TIME SCALE:

I usually allow 2-3 weeks for each commission, however should you require the artwork for a specific date I will need to know this when you get in touch so that I can make sure it arrives to you in plenty of time.

Please note that if you wish your artwork to arrive earlier than the timescale stated extra charges may be imposed.

FOR SHOES:

Once we have decided on the design, you will need to provide the shoes that you wish to have painted.  These can be the style and budget of your choice, however, for such a special occasion you will need to make sure that they fit properly and are the right height – especially if they are to go with a wedding dress. It is also advised that you wear them a few times first so the material has already stretched before fabric paint is applied.

I can paint on most porous materials but I find that white satin, canvas or smooth leather tends to be the most effective,

Please note that the artwork will be lacquered, however as with most delicate items it is advised not to get the artwork wet or in contact with abrasive materials.

FOR BAGS & ACCESSORIES:

Unlike the shoes, accessories do not need to be fitted so you can supply your own item or I can order for you. Please make sure the material is porous: Canvas, satin, leather or on occasion suede.  Any plastic based items will not be suitable unfortunately.

Once I have received the item to be painted I will start to paint…. Exciting!! I will send you a photo of the finished design and once you are happy and payment has been received I will post them to you at your required delivery address.
